We are temporarily not receiving auto abuse reports, the reports that are sent when you use the 'report' link on any user's profile, report an image as inappropriate in Pwned, or flag a blumessage as spam from your inbox. The problem is due to an issue with our third party email provider, and we hope to have it resolved by the end of the day.
In the meantime, please forward all abuse reports directly to violations@dotblu.com to make sure we will receive them. Thanks.
Update: Auto abuse reports are working fine now, so if you see abuse on dotblu, report it! Thanks. :)

Don't know if this will get to the right person, but I'm soo tired of getting knocked off of a game, with this unathenicated user BS I can never get back to the game I'm playing and I have lost soo many challenges because of this. i love playing the games here but when you get knocked off every day some times more than 5 times a day, you wonder if it is worth staying at such a site. I hardly ever get to go back to a game without logging off first and then I still have a problem. I hope that this can get fixed soon.
